Tomorrow, on 20 April, the international educational action ‘Total Dictant 2024’ will take place.
Students of the university take part in the action every year. But students and teachers of the college of the Volga Region Sports University will take part for the first time.
According to the director of the institution Alsu Zheltyakova, 48 students and two teachers have expressed their desire to write the dictation.
The event will be held on the basis of the historical park ‘My Russia’.
The international educational action ‘Total Dictant 2024’ is aimed at creating interest in learning the Russian language and improving literacy.
The action is held for everyone, regardless of age, gender, education, marital status and interests.
This year the author of the text is Anna Matveeva, a writer, journalist and multiple finalist of the ‘Big Book’ awards. She wrote the text specially for the dictation.
