With the start of the academic year, the 10th anniversary season of the "I Am a Professional" All-Russian Student Olympiad has kicked off; the event is organized as part of the "Youth and Children" national project. During the competition, students will face a series of challenges in their respective fields—designed by industry experts and major employers—to demonstrate their actual level of practical proficiency.
Winners of the Olympiad gain access to employment opportunities, internships, preferential admission to the next level of education, and cash prizes.
Since its inception, the competition has attracted over 1.6 million students from 89 Russian regions and 147 countries. This year, participants can compete in 68 different tracks. New categories have been introduced, including "Innovative Entrepreneurship" and "Youth Work Organization," while the scope of certain existing tracks—such as education—has been expanded.
Overall, participants can look forward to a packed program featuring forums, excursions, and educational activities. The qualifying stage runs from November 13 to November 29, with the competition concluding in early 2027. Applications can be submitted via the official competition website until November 10.
