The Department of State Policy in the Sphere of Scientific and Technical Development of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia informs that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia together with the Coordination Council for Youth Affairs in Scientific and Educational Spheres of the Presidential Council for Science and Education at the initiative of the All-Russian political party "United Russia" launched a project to support talented young people "Mendeleev Card".
"Mendeleev Card" is a loyalty programme, thanks to which students - winners and prize-winners of student Olympiads, as well as postgraduates and young scientists will be able to get discounts and other benefits from partner companies, including major carriers, state corporations, scientific organisations, online schools, fitness club chains, pharmacies, cafes, medical centres, cultural and leisure facilities.
What do I need to get the "Mendeleev Card"?
To get the "Mendeleev Card" you need to apply on the project website, fill in the questionnaire, attach the necessary documents and wait for the application to be approved.
