Head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov presented Rafis Burganov with a Doctor of Science diploma

Head of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science Valery Falkov presented the rector of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism Rafis Burganov with a Doctor of Science diploma. He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Economics.

The presentation took place within the framework of the meeting of the Council of Rectors of Tatarstan universities, where issues were discussed, mainly related to the upcoming admission campaign in universities.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister Airat Gatiyatov, Assistant to Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Gilmutdinov, Minister of Education and Science of Tatarstan Ilsur Khadiullin.
