Current problems of the theory and practice of physical culture, sports and tourism will be discussed at the Volga Region University

XI All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference of young scientists, postgraduates, undergraduates and students with international participation "Actual problems of theory and practice of physical culture, sport and tourism" will take place in Volga Region University of Sport and Tourism on 6 April.

The conference will begin with a plenary session in the concert hall at 9.30. A series of master classes and lectures will follow:

Auditorium A107: master class "Tutoring children with mental disabilities", led by guests from the Power in Kids Charitable Foundation for Children with Disabilities;

Auditorium E303: master-class "All-Russian Student Startup Competition: Opportunities for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students" by Razina Nigmatullina, Professor of the Department of Normal Physiology of Kazan State Medical University;

Auditorium E203: master-class "Table psychological games in sports" by Zukhra Usmanova, PhD in Psychology, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology in Physical Education and Sports of the Volga Region University, member of the Association of Sports Psychologists;

Auditorium D205: master class "Friendly Python": write a programme with sports data analysis in 20 minutes and get instructions on how to study further", to be conducted by Rustem Miftakhov, Associate Professor of the Department of Physical and Mathematical Disciplines and Information Technologies of Volga Region University;

Auditorium B207: 'On Your Way to the Goal' training session, led by Yulia Kuznetsova, assistant professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology in Physical Education and Sport of the Volga Region University, member of the Association of Sport Psychologists;

Floor 6 Atrium: Intellectual game 'Battle of the Linguists' from the Chair of Foreign Languages and Linguistics of the Volga Region University;

Information and Resource Centre: a lecture series "Sports Stars", guests of which will be Oleg Bryzgalov - vice-president of the Volleyball Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan, director of Zenit-Kazan volleyball team and Maxim Maximov - head coach of volleyball team Academia-Kazan.

Concert Hall: "Sports Connoisseurs" competition from the University Sports Student Scientific Society.
