The Russian badminton team championship ended on the eve in Ramenskoye (Moscow region). The team of the Republic of Tatarstan won the competition by defeating the Moscow Region team 3-2 in the final match.
Our team was won by Sergey Sirant in the men's singles, Evgeniya Kossetskaya in the women's singles, Evgeniya Kossetskaya and Anastasia Redkina in the women's doubles.
On their way to the final, the badminton players beat teams from Kaluga, Novosibirsk and Moscow.
The RT team includes students from the Volga Region University: first-year students Valery Tazeeva, Ilsina Valiullina and Diana Kotova, second-year students Nikita Muleev, Ivan Gushchin, Lyudmila Usova, Polina Grigoryeva and Ilyas Khayriev, third-year student Pavel Monich, from the fourth year Regina Galiakhmetova, Kristina Lipovskaya and Timur Valiullin, undergraduates Maria Malygina, Anastasia Redkina, Amir Khamidullin and Alina Romanko, as well as graduates Alexandra Semyonova, Evgenia Kosetskaya and Sergey Sirant.
Today, on the 8th, the personal championship of the country started, which will last until October 11th.
