The social assistance Bureau of the Volga region Academy of sports and tourism shares useful information and reminds that until July 31, 2020, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan under 30 years old can become participants in the Youth housing competition for the right to obtain a youth mortgage.
Among those who are eligible to participate in the contest, specialists of the youth policy, education, NGO activists, students – participants of the project youth policy of the Republic of Tatarstan, student government and creative organizations; professionals working with the youth Executive committees, agencies, youth clubs, youth centres, industrial enterprises and organizations, including non-state; and responsible for work with young people in educational institutions and young scientists under the age of 35 years.
The competition is held with the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by the League of students, the state housing Fund and the Ministry of youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
A mortgage on preferential terms is provided to leaders of youth policy in the event that the living space for one family member (living together with him on the territory of the Republic) it is less than 18 square meters. Other important criteria include an initial payment of at least 10% of the total cost of the selected apartment and the availability of a stable total income of the applicant for timely repayment of monthly payments.
