The sports Department of Tatarstan within the framework of the action of the Ministry of sports of Russia #trainsyadoma organized a series of open online training sessions that will be held for all comers by Tatarstan athletes. Including those who live in other regions and countries today.
There will probably be a lot of fellow countrymen of famous Tatarstan citizens who want to participate in the training under the self-isolation regime introduced in Tatarstan. Athletes will conduct classes in their personal Instagram accounts. Among them is Kamilla Gafurzyanova (@milamanzarek), a graduate of the Volga Academy of sports, honored master of sports of Russia, and silver medalist in fencing at the summer Olympic games. Her training session will air on April 3 at 20: 00. It will be followed by the broadcast:

- honored master of sports of Russia, multiple champion of Russia, the winner of the competition of the Universiade-2013 Rugby Ramil Gaisin (gaysin_ramil) – April 13, 14:00 (GMT.);
- master of sports of Russia international class, European champion in Sambo albert Shangaraev (@albert_ilsyrovich) – 15 April, 14:00 (MSK.); 
- master of sports of Russia, winner and prize-winner of Superiority of Europe on judo Niyaz Bilalov (@niyazji) – 17 April, 14:00 (MSK). 
The average duration of each workout will be 1 hour, the press service of the Ministry of sport of RT. Most of it will be devoted directly to sports exercises, and the hosts of online classes will selectively connect viewers to the air, communicate with them and answer their questions in real time.
For the most active participants of training sessions, prizes and gifts from the organizers ' partners are provided. The initiator and coordinator of the project is the President of the WKF karate Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan, trainer-teacher Iskander Shagin.
In addition, the Ministry of sports of the Republic of Tatarstan in its Instagram account launched a campaign under the same slogan #trainsadome with the participation of athletes and sports officials. Milena Bykova, a student of the Volga Academy, was the first to hold an open training session.
