From August 1 to teachers, students and employees of Volga Academy of sport will be available full collection of paper books into an electronic library system "yurait" biblio-online.ru.
EBS "yurayt" is an educational environment that includes a virtual reading room of textbooks and manuals from the authors of leading Russian universities in all areas and specialties, as well as various services. Today the portfolio of the publishing house includes more than 8000 names.
For teachers on the platform "yurayt" the subscription on the books on readable disciplines in the framework of the "Individual bookshelf of the teacher." Becoming a participant, the teacher receives information about all textbooks on their subjects and free full-text access to them in a virtual "personal account"; teaching materials and announcements of webinars; module automatic testing and testing of students ' knowledge with access to their results.
In EBS "YURAYT" is also available an adaptive version of the site for visually impaired, provides a font change for people with disabilities. Users are available mobile application "yurayt.Library", where you can read books even offline.
According to the head of the library Yulia Zubkova, the offer of "yurayt" is attractive, first of all, a wide range of services for teachers: test tasks, the ability to automatically generate a personal selection of books immediately after registration and subsequently, taking into account the release of fresh publications.
- Why "yurayt"? - said Zubkov. – First of all, it is high-quality content for education, plus seamless transition (authorization) of the user from the site (portal) of the educational institution in the EBS. This is an opportunity to organize a single search window for documents, access to new editions during the subscription. Let's say we purchased the 2017 edition. If a new version is released during the term of the contract, it will be automatically added to our subscription.
