A special state scholarship of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded in Kazan. This one-time payment is assigned exclusively to honors students, winners and prize-winners of scientific conferences or subject Olympiads. Among the scholars of 2019 is Artem Gartsev, a student of the faculty of service and tourism of the Volga region Academy.

Artem has always been prominent among the students of the faculty of service and tourism. His professional growth began in the first year with participation in the Republican Olympiad. The next year he became a participant of the competition "Stars of hospitality" for the first time, winning the third place in the nomination "development of domestic and inbound tourism". This year, participating in this competition of the tourism Committee of Kazan, he broke his own record, becoming the second.
