For the first time this year the Volga region Academy held a review competition "Pedagogical debut". According to the educational program in the third year students of the faculty of physical culture are teaching practice in educational institutions of Kazan. The organized competition platform helps students to implement their pedagogical initiatives, apply new learning technologies and demonstrate pedagogical talents to future employers. 23 students dared to become participants of the competition. Some of them received an invitation to work.- We were pleasantly surprised by how many talented, motivated students we have, - summed up the jury member, head of the practice Department Guzel Galiullina at the award ceremony. – The most important thing is that by teaching others, future specialists were trained themselves, improving the knowledge obtained at the Academy. It was seen as they grew in the process in a professional sense. Many, after such practice, understood that they are really ready to work at school. Some were so convincing that they immediately received an invitation to find a job from the Directors of educational institutions.The participants overcame three stages. In the correspondence tour, they wrote an essay on "children's Health – the health of the nation", in person - held open lessons and extracurricular activities aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle. The finalists presented their profession on the basis of pedagogical practice.Among the winners — Daria Shapovalova, studying in the direction of sports management, as well as Diana Akhtyamov and Svetlana Shipilina, studying in the direction of sports tourism. And the winner of the competition was the future sports Manager Elena Abramova.
- In this competition, it was important for me to understand whether it is mine to teach children? – the winner shared her impressions. – The most difficult was to conduct an open lesson. I had no experience with children before. I got a not very disciplined fifth grade. And it took all my theoretical and practical skills to get the kids to focus on the game. As a result everything turned out and the basketball match organized with participation of children was pleasant to them. The experience, of course, will be useful to me, and the competition will never be forgotten now. The victory was unexpected, but very pleasant and helped me to discover qualities that I did not even know. I recommend all students to try their abilities to understand in which direction to develop.
