When?", two-time winner of the prize" crystal owl "Aleksey Blinov, special correspondent of the program "Good morning" on the "First channel" Alina Sakaeva, figure skater, the first in Russian history Olympic champion in women's singles skating in the individual competition Adelina Sotnikova. Also, by the way, a graduate of the sports University. During one of the short breaks, the champion answered several questions:
- Adelina, you are the first time in Volga region Academy. What impression.
- I think students enjoy studying here. Of course, I, as a graduate of RGUFK, I would say that the quality of education in any University determine its teachers. But I am sure that the conditions in which classes are held are of great importance. It is so comfortable, light, beautiful that there is no feeling of fatigue. I think when students are in the walls of your University – it spurs. I'm sure they want to come back here. After all, today everyone understands that in any professional sphere there is a constant development, technology is improved.
- Listening to the performances of the contest participants do not envy their active social life?
- Not at all. I live a very interesting life in sports, giving him almost all the time. I myself chose this path, guided by the principle of the saying about two birds with one stone. I'm such a person that I can do one thing. You have to choose. At the same time, I'm a little jealous of those who manage everything. I was in the jury of the Grand Prix of the year, looked at the guys and wondered how you can in sports and in school to show themselves. At some point they were saying some terms, and I wanted to ask them: please, you can in Russian (laughs)! Especially nice that the guys are not from Moscow or St. Petersburg, but from different parts of Russia.
- It is difficult for athletes to lead the life of an ordinary student...
- But getting an education is important. An athlete's career is not always long. And education is for life. Not with him. Of course, many people are successful without education. But still it's weird is perceived: like a man made it, a University is not finished. I personally did not even consider for myself the option not to enter the University. I'm not planning to get a master's degree yet. I have something to do soon. But at the same time I understand that higher education is the most important thing.
