In preparation for the fourth interuniversity festival of "Ready to work and defense", the implementation of which this year was supported by the Federal Agency for youth Affairs, the Volga region Academy of sports has trained students who want to get the judicial category for the reception of standards for sports. Students of the Academy, who already have "Ready to work and defense" distinctions, attended the course in preparation for the festival. The knowledge and the "crust" will allow them to become involved in the programme implementation of ASC RLD among students, but also to replenish the judiciary, as with the increasing number of applicants to prepare and implement the standards of the judges to receive them strongly enough. The organizer of the upcoming festival will traditionally be the testing center of "Ready to work and defense" of the Volga Academy of sports, which has extensive methodological and organizational experience in sports and recreational activities, including for students of universities of the Republic. 23 and 24 November tests on sports await students on the basis of one of the objects of the University - in the center of rowing sports and include forward slopes from standing position, lifting the torso from the supine position, jump from the seat, pull-UPS."The "Ready to work and defense" performs different tasks, - says the instructor referee courses, head of Department of football and hockey Valery Potanino. - In particular, it is a criterion for assessing the physical fitness of a person.
