At once four representatives of the Volga region Academy of sports and tourism became finalists of the Republican project "Personnel reserve"this year. These are students of the faculty of service and tourism Danil Smirnov, Denmark Nigmatullina, Alsou Gilmutdinova and student of the faculty of physical culture, sports Manager Natalia Blagova. Freshman Natalia blahova has initiated an open lesson on the theme "Youth to youth on elections" for the pupils of the Kazan school №151. Natalia told the guys about what democratic elections are, what are the principles of citizens ' participation in them and why it is so important to responsibly approach the decision on whom to vote for. "Everyone has the right to choose the future for themselves. I want to inform students that the elections are an important tool for the expression of will of the citizen, and participation in them – one of the ways to influence their own future", – says Natalia Blagova. - "It seems to me that the "Personnel reserve" helps its members to be useful to society, and this is really important for me."
For reference: the Republican project " Personnel reserve "has been implemented in Tatarstan since 2009 by ROO" Academy of creative youth " with the support of the Ministry of youth Affairs and sports of the Republic of Tatarstan. This program includes full-time and distance learning stages to develop the skills of team building, social engineering and increase personal effectiveness. More than 12 000 people took part in the project during 8 years. More than 200 "reservists" were invited to work in the state and municipal authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, 260 people were employed in enterprises. More than 60 projects, 2320 social events, 240 interactive educational events were implemented.
