The winner of the Cup of Russia in kickboxing, held in Ufa, became a first-year student of the Volga Academy Danil Safin, coached by a senior lecturer of the Department of theory and methodology of physical culture and sports Ilnaz Saifullin.
Tournament in Ufa brought together the strongest athletes, including Champions of Russia, Europe and the world. In total more than 400 fighters took part in competitions. Danil Safin confidently reached the final, in the final match by unanimous decision won fight of the opponents of the Perm region.
