Held in the framework of the grant of the Federal Agency for youth Affairs of the IV festival of All-Russian sports complex "Ready for work and defense" among students of higher educational institutions of Tatarstan, gathered many positive reviews. 200 students in 15 University teams competed at one of the sports facilities of the Volga Academy - in the center of rowing sports – spent time in the best Soviet traditions. Having passed tests in four types of the program of "Ready for work and defense", children and girls checked not only the physical opportunities, but also team spirit.

It is significant that among the team members Of the Russian Islamic Institute and the Conservatory! I am especially pleased that the winner of the competition was the Volga Academy of sports. At the same time, I am glad that the competition was held in an acute, intense struggle. Until the last moment it was not clear who would win. The idea of the festival is very promising, because many students who wanted, but did not realize themselves in sports, are happy to prepare and fulfill the standards of TRP.
