October 27 at the gymnastics Center students of the Volga Academy and students based on this object of the University of three sports schools celebrated the day of gymnastics, organizing a traditional festive show, for which they prepared about two dozen sports and artistic performances.
All-Russian gymnastics day was established on the initiative of the Federation of rhythmic and gymnastics of the Russian Federation in 1999. And I must admit, gymnastics really deserves it. This is one of the oldest sports. The first mention of gymnastics dates back to Ancient Greece, when a set of exercises was developed for military, recreational and educational purposes. Some types of gymnastics were already included in the program of the first Olympic games. And Russia is considered to be the birthplace of rhythmic gymnastics.
The Volga region Academy of sports and tourism, in the walls of which recently earned an independent Department of gymnastics, could not ignore the event. The program was full of not only gymnastic numbers, but also performances of representatives of "related" species: acrobatic rock and roll, hip-hop aerobics, sports aerobics and step aerobics. Students and young pupils of sports schools (RSDYUSSHOR "Privolzhanka", DYUSSH on gymnastics and acrobatics And school of gymnastics of Yulia Barsukova) prepared for this day for several weeks. As a result, it turned out a bright program. Certainly, the audience was impressed by the performance of the students gymnasts and a first year student Bulat Sungatullina. The theatrical component of the number could not leave indifferent not only the stands, but also the artists themselves. The number required them to "play" appropriate emotions, and they managed to do it.
Colorful, graceful and synchronous rooms, performed by girls engaged in rhythmic gymnastics, determined the festive atmosphere of the holiday. And the team of the Volga region Academy of fitness aerobics LTW charged the audience with its energy, gave the hall a drive.
Once again, the audience was surprised by the master of acrobatic rock and roll. In Russia, this sport is already well known, but not so much that the demonstrations did not lead the audience into amazement.
The organizers tried to surprise the guests even more by presenting a multi-structure room, which used elements of sports and step aerobics.
