The next event in the framework of the Federal project "sports Express" was held thanks to teachers and students of the Department of adaptive physical culture and life safety of the Volga region Academy of sports and tourism with the support of Rosmolodezh. This time the sports and cultural event for pupils of boarding school №76 for children with disabilities was held in Kazan Lyceum №35. The purpose of the event was to create an inclusive environment for communication of students. Children with disabilities played together with their peers, learned to interact, trust and accept each other.
Rallied guys hockey match on the floor. Mixed teams made the fans nervous. On the Playground, passions were running high. The confrontation came out bright, but friendship won.
"Everything here is very interesting for our children," says Oleg Spiridonov, physical education teacher at school No. 76. - The Volga region Academy is not the first time holding events for our children and is not the first time cooperating with the Lyceum №35. Today's children even know each other, said Hello and was nice to meet you! Children were looking forward to this day. Communication with peers for our special children is the best way of socialization. I think it is also important for students of Lyceum № 35 who learn to communicate and do it with joy. Today all received only positive emotions. Special thanks to the students of the Volga region Academy, who are engaged in a very important task."
Indeed, the implementation of the project provides for the creation of a volunteer Association " center of mobile pedagogical teams "Sports Express" and, according to the project Manager, head of the Department of adaptive physical culture and life safety Larisa Parfenova, training of students-volunteers of the project is conducted under a special program. In addition to the basic set of knowledge, these 200 volunteer students gain additional practical skills during field events and communication with those with whom they will work in the future as young professionals. And it's a great school - I'm sure Larisa Parfenova.
Gulnara Nogumanova, the teacher of physical culture of the Lyceum № 35, also notes the quality of the organization of events: "This is a wonderful project and just a great event! The interaction of our students with special children is incredible! I'm talking about it and even goosebumps run on the skin, so it's great to watch! Such communication is necessary for modern children, so they do not grow up cruel and callous. After these activities, they become familiar with the concepts of mercy and tolerance. They learn to interact and understand that with special children need to behave more carefully and gently. This is reflected in the subsequent communication with their peers. Pupils of school № 76 - very Sunny kids. Kind, open and sincere. Preparing for the event, I told my students about the features of the guests. I hope that such meetings will help children to show their best qualities in real life!»
