Volleyball team "Academy-Kazan", which is a farm-club" Zenit", these days holds a training camp on the basis of the sports complex"Burevestnik". This stage of preparation for the season is devoted exclusively to the set of physical forms. Classes are held in the gym or at the stadium, where, as a rule, a football match ends. Coaches also take part in the games, urging the wards to fight for the victory sparing no effort. But the atmosphere on the field is still relaxed and as friendly as possible... to be Honest, the way the players communicate with each other, and you can not say that in the summer the team has been updated by almost 100 percent.
Five " academicians "moved to other clubs, the sixth – German Snegirev – ended the lease, and he returned to"Belogorie". It is worth noting that the new team of "ex-academics" are all very high level. Arseniy Sarlybaev moved to novokuybyshevskaya "NOVA", Denis Shenkel – in "Torch" from Noviy Urengoy (both clubs represent the super League), Dmitiry Emelyanov and Dmitriy Shevlyakov in clubs of the highest League (Chelyabinsk "Dynamo" and Orenburg "oilman", respectively).  Well, as they say, to the top stepped outside hitter Andrey Surmachevski joined the cast of "Zenit".

The head coach of "Academy" Konstantin Sidenko told how changes in the composition will affect the game:

- Many newcomers. There are guys from other teams, taken in lease. This is Matvey Elizarov, a binder from Novosibirsk, Denis Antonov from Moscow "Dynamo", Roma Pakshin from "Kuzbass". All of them are rented by us. But there are guys from "UOR-Zenit": Sasha Zlobin, Sasha Sinitsyn.
- What is the reason for this number of recruits?
- We left almost the entire core team. They're so cute. Played well and went on raising. Three super League team, and two teams that will qualify for an exit in the Superleague. In General, not somewhere, but in good teams. And that not all in "Zenit", so after all this today the best team in world. There and some players of the national team of Russia can't get. So, the farm club is 150 percent doing its job! And I, as a professional, am satisfied with my work. Five players-this is a good result, I'm glad that the guys are all going well!
- The updated "Academy"is capable of much?
- I don't know how opponents are equipped. Information collect on pieces.  Our guys are young, good volleyball players, players. I know them well, not from scratch took. But they're 18 years old. It's hard to play against men at this age. Though they are less mobile, but they do have the experience. Everything will depend on the players themselves, will be the nature of the questions to them will not.
- The youth of your team is also connected with the fact that it is a student team, a joint project of Zenit and the Volga region Academy?
- Yes, including. We have only those guys that are rented, are not students or undergraduates of the Academy. They also perform in student competitions for the Academy. This is important and responsible both for the University and for us. Because we owe our "academic" affiliation to the luxurious conditions in which we play and train. This hall, and pool, and gym, and stadium... and the team is responsible for the care of the game. This year under the leadership of Vladimir Sambukov team of the University won the University games.
- Among the children who entered the Academy this year, there are those who do not pass into the " Academy»…
- I am sure it will be very interesting for them to test themselves in training with the players of the major League club A. Now it will be difficult for them to get into the team. But I think in case of force majeure we will ask for help.
