For the first time in Kazan from 13 to 26 August in the Volga Academy of sports will host the international summer school of sports management and Economics. The project is organized by the University together with the University.Friedrich Schiller (Ian, Germany). The participants of the educational program in 2018 were 30 students, undergraduates, graduate students and young scientists under 35 from ten regions of Russia, as well as Italy, Germany and Azerbaijan.
Free format of lectures (for those who do not speak English simultaneous translation will be organized), will allow everyone to listen to lectures from German teachers. Before the participants of the school from the German side will speak: head of the Department of sports Economics and health Economics at Jena University. Friedrich Schiller, Professor Frank Daumann, head of the Department of " Professional Services "("Professional services"), Professor of management in sports and health at the University of G. Potsdam Christoph Rache, as well as the head of the training program "Master of Sport Management" ("Master of sports management") Heidelberg University of applied Sciences, Professor of sports management and management Marcus broyer.
The main thematic areas of the course: the basics of management and marketing in the field of sports, strategic management, organization of sports events, sports sponsorship, event marketing, especially the demand in the audience market, the economy of transfer markets and much more. In addition to theoretical lectures and seminars, the summer school course includes practical classes on the analysis of numerous cases and projects, as well as nine thematic educational and practical excursions-meetings with representatives of sports organizations. So the School participants will get acquainted with the infrastructure of the Federal sports University - the Volga region Academy of sports and visit the largest sports facilities in Kazan, learn about the experience of the Directorate of sports and social projects, as well as the implementation of the project "Kazan marathon". The guests of the program will be representatives of the organizing Committee of the world winter Universiade 2019 from Krasnoyarsk, who will tell the audience about the preparation for this large-scale international student event.
