There are only a few days left to recruit participants of the children's sports and recreation shift "Summer fitness 2018", which for the first time this year will be held at the rowing sports Center.  The shift program is designed for children from 5 to 14 years old who have not previously engaged in sports.
"We are aimed at the comprehensive development of the child, - says the Director of the program" Summer fitness 2018", teacher of the Department of theory and methodology of water sports of the Volga Academy of sports and tourism Dmitriy Drozhetskiy. - After all, a large number of children are not ready for full-fledged sports, and physical education for a full life is necessary for everyone. Many of these children, who at the request of parents, tried several sections, but never stayed long. Our program is designed to give the child the chance to open up as much as possible with the help of different kinds of physical activity: therapeutic (stretching, aerobics, exercises aimed at preventing flat feet, scoliosis), game (team games on water and on land), General physical training (on the basis of contactless elements of martial arts) and, of course, mental gymnastics, without which no one sport can not do. In 14 days we introduce children to such kind of activity as sports training, so that they see the meaning in their classes and get real benefit from it".
The program is based on the principle of day camp from 8.30 to 16.30. Each of the three age groups has five classes a day, with two meal breaks. During the day activity with different share burden alternate. The organizers abandoned the training scenario in favor of the game form. At the same time, children learn to move properly, both on land and in water. In autumn, children will be able to continue their studies at the sports facilities of the Academy, if they like a particular sport with which they will be introduced.
The change will take place at the unique sports facility of the leading sports University of Russia - in the center of rowing sports of the Volga region Academy of sports and tourism. It is a quiet natural area in the city centre, on the Bank of Kaban lake (Kazan, H. Taktash St., 122).
