She received a grant from the government of the Republic of Tatarstan on the program "Algarysh" and will go in October 2018 for an internship in the Latvian Academy of sports pedagogy associate Professor of theory and methods of gymnastics and wrestling Lyubov Botova.
The program of grants "Algarysh" of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan for training, retraining and training of citizens in Russian and foreign educational and scientific organizations has been implemented in Tatarstan since 2006. The initiator of the implementation of "Algarysh" was Rustam Minnikhanov, the Prime Minister of the Republic at that time. The program provides funding on a competitive basis of training, including teachers and researchers of universities of the Republic. The grant covers tuition, accommodation, meals, educational literature, pocket expenses and travel tickets. It is particularly worth noting that 10 percent of the total cost is allocated by the Volga region Academy.
The Latvian Academy of sports pedagogy (LASE) was founded in 1921, today it is the only University in Latvia, which trains specialists in sports. Diplomas of education obtained in LASE are recognized in Europe and around the world. This University trains specialists in such areas as: physical education teacher and senior coach, physical education teacher and physiotherapist, physical education teacher and sports Manager, physical education teacher and Manager of active tourism, senior coach in sport, physiotherapist and others. The advantage of the University is a quality higher education in English.
According to Lyubov Botova, her desire to visit Riga is primarily due to the fact that LASE has serious laboratories for functional diagnostics of athletes and, of course, the Department of gymnastics. After all, in the new academic year in the Volga region Academy begins a similar work.
- My choice fell on The Latvian Academy, because they have a good enough laboratory for kinesiology (science of motion). At our Department we deal with difficult coordination sports and understanding of the principles and laws of movement is extremely important. In Russia, they study biomechanics, but to keep up with the times, you need to understand where the "science of motion"is moving. In the West, biomechanics is considered to be the main part of kinesiology, which considers not only mechanical, but also physiological and psychological foundations of movement. I would very much like to talk with colleagues in the field from the Department of gymnastics, which opens with the new school year and we have. And also, with one of the leading European experts in kinesiology Anna Zusha. I want to note that our universities have been cooperating for some time, but I want these relations to expand precisely in my specialization. See what they have the equipment to understand whether our conduct similar studies. I am particularly interested in working with stabilometric platforms that allow me to study the ability of a person to maintain balance and video analysis of movements. We have such a platform, but in Riga, it is, first, more sensitive and most importantly, allows you to take indicators in motion, it is even called a touch platform or "touch floor", it can be at least on the wall, even on the ceiling to hang - would be necessary. And secondly, it is synchronized with two video cameras that allow on-line recording of the direction vector of the applied efforts. We need to understand how much such equipment is necessary for us. It would be good to compare them and our laboratory for functional diagnostics. In General, I am going to do in Latvia all that attracted in my application the Commission "Algarysh": to adopt all the best for the subsequent implementation in our educational and scientific programs. If we manage to look at something valuable and new for us, some methods, it will be a plus for the Republic.
